Let's Play: Interactive Works-in-Progress is back again on Monday, November 3rd! Come to an energizing sharing of work-in-progress from interactive artists throughout Philly, testing new ideas that need audiences to figure out how they flourish. Whether you want to play hard or sit back and watch, expect food, fun, and the kind of who-knows-what-will-happen art that’s only possible with you there.

Location:

The Fidget Space

1714 N. Mascher Street

Philadelphia, PA 19122


Time:

Door Open and COVID testing (for meal attendees): 6:15-6:30pm

Meal: 6:30-7:30pm

Performance: 7:30-10pm


Food and Drink:

An artist meal will be provided That Pikliz Jawn


Price:

Attendance sliding scale $5-$20

Community meal $5


Accessibility:

  • The Fidget Space is NOT ADA accessible - it is accessed via four flights of stairs.

  • Audiences will remain masked during the presentation. Performers will be allowed to umask.

  • Due to venue constraints and time of year the artist meal will be held indoors.

  • Meal attendees will COVID test before unmasking to eat.

  • Air filters will be running in the space.

What if I want to present something?

Sign-ups are now closed but stay tuned for the next time around!


How do you define playable and interactive performance?

For us, these are performances in which the audience plays a critical role and that highlight the role of the audience in the performance through moments of co-creation, where audience members contribute to the performance in addition to viewing it.
